About Us
A school for those who want to do more, and sense they are capable of more.
Since 2016, Success to Samadhi has been offering a series of talks and courses to serve individuals — to make them listen to the self, and discover the dreams within.
Whether someone is looking for success, or wants to start their journey towards samadhi, the beginning is the same: a quiet hearing of what is already inside.
We believe that to make this world better, we need better individuals. Better leaders, thinkers, innovators, entrepreneurs, artists and so on. There are many who are doing an excellent job in this field, but there are also many others who want to do more and have enough capability inside.
The only reason they are not able to do so is that a few fundamentals are missing, or they are unaware of them — and so their effort never reaches its destiny. A great many ideas and dreams remain unfulfilled simply because of an unaware mind.
We are working hard to find those true hearts and help them achieve what they want. And we would also request you: if you know such people around you, please let them know about us — or let us know about them.

The Founder
Suri
Suri began Success to Samadhi with a single observation: the people around him were not short of talent or effort. They were short of clarity. Capable people were spending years on roads they had never actually chosen.
His talks are conversational rather than instructional — the same question turned over from many sides until the listener answers it themselves. He writes as often as he speaks, in Hindi and in English, and those few lines usually say more than the hour that preceded them.

Four commitments
The individual first
We do not work on the world directly. We work on one person at a time, because that is the only place change has ever actually started.
Fundamentals, not formulas
No hacks, no borrowed motivation. A handful of fundamentals, understood properly, will carry you further than a hundred techniques.
Awareness above all
An unaware mind can sabotage the most capable person alive. Everything we teach is, in the end, an exercise in becoming aware.
No one is turned away
Some of our gatherings will always be free and open. If a true heart wants in, money should not be the door that closes.
The path
How the journey unfolds
Four movements — though in practice they overlap, double back and surprise you.

Listen
Before anything can be built, the noise has to drop. The first movement is inward — hearing the self beneath the opinions you have collected.

Discover
The dream is already inside; it does not need to be invented. It needs to be uncovered, named and admitted to out loud.
- 03
Build
Capability meets fundamentals. Effort is aimed, energy stops leaking, and work begins to reach its destiny.
- 04
Dissolve
Success completes itself and a quieter question appears. Here the road turns from having and doing toward simply being.

The first series of talks begins — a small room, a few seekers, one question each.
- 2018
Structured courses take shape as talk attendees ask for a longer road to walk.
- 2020
The work moves online; seekers join from cities we had never visited.
- 2023
Silent retreats begin — days set apart for those ready for depth over information.

A growing school of wisdom, still built one individual at a time.
